These terms apply to every purchase from Fuloz (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and prices

Prices are listed in US dollars and converted to cryptocurrency at the live rate when you choose a payment method. The crypto amount shown on your payment page is locked for the payment window shown there. An order is accepted once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

2. Crypto payments

You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network to the address shown. Payments sent on the wrong network or in the wrong coin may be unrecoverable. Underpaid orders are held until the difference is paid or the order is refunded. Network fees are paid by the sender.

3. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. See our shipping policy.

4. Returns and refunds

See our returns & refunds policy. Refunds are paid in cryptocurrency or store credit for the USD value of the order.

5. Cashback

Cashback is store credit with no cash value. It is earned on paid orders, becomes available after delivery and is cancelled if the order is cancelled or refunded. We may change cashback rates at any time; changes do not affect cashback already earned.

6. Accounts

Keep your password secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
