Fuloz collects only what we need to deliver your order and support you.

What we collect

• Order details: name, e-mail, phone and shipping address.
• Payment details: the public blockchain transaction you sent (hash, amount, sending address). We never see or store private keys, seed phrases or card numbers.
• Account details if you register: e-mail and a securely hashed password.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, used to protect the store from fraud and attacks.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, verify payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and send order updates. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share shipping details with our fulfilment partners and couriers only to deliver your order.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: your session, cart, security token and display currency. No advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can view and update your details in your account, or ask us to delete your data at support@fuloz.com. Order records may be kept where the law requires it. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be deleted by anyone.
