Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT on BNB Chain, Ethereum, Polygon and TRON), USD Coin (USDC), BNB, Polygon (POL), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX) and Litecoin (LTC), depending on which networks are switched on at checkout.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Most payments confirm within 1–5 minutes: USDT on BNB Chain or TRON is usually the fastest. Bitcoin needs 2 confirmations, which typically takes 10–30 minutes. Your order page updates automatically.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Each order shows an exact amount so we can match your payment automatically. If you sent a slightly different amount, paste your transaction hash on the order page and we will verify it. Small underpayments are reviewed by our team.
Can I pay directly from MetaMask or Trust Wallet?
Yes. On the payment page, tap “Pay with wallet”. Your wallet opens with the address, network and amount already filled in, and you just confirm. You can also scan the QR code or copy the address.
Do I need an account?
No, guest checkout works. Creating a free account lets you track all your orders in one place and earn cashback on every purchase.
How does cashback work?
Signed-in customers earn cashback on every paid order. It becomes available once your order is delivered, and you can spend it on your next purchase at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
