1. How do I place an order?

2. How will I know my order is confirmed?

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order is processed for shipping. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.

Fuloz is a crypto-only marketplace. We don't accept fiat payments, but we make it easy to shop with crypto. If you don't have crypto, you can easily purchase some from exchanges like Binance or PancakeSwap.

FUL Token

1. What is the FUL Token?

FUL is the native utility token of Fuloz Crypto Mart, built as a BEP‑20 token on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC). It powers our ecosystem with real utility: earn 5% cashback on every purchase, 5% referral rewards (Level 1) and 2% (Level 2), stake for up to 50% APY, and climb loyalty tiers (Bronze → Diamond) for bonus cashback and staking APY. FUL is the key to maximizing your shopping and earning experience.

2. How do I buy FUL Token?

You can buy FUL on PancakeSwap using the official contract address: 0xfC43992473d5695EE3C579ba2ed956426f34a266. Connect your Web3 wallet (MetaMask, TrustWallet, etc.), select BNB as the input token, and swap for FUL. Always verify the contract address on BscScan before trading.

3. How does the 5% cashback work?

Every time you make a purchase using FUL tokens, you automatically earn 5% cashback in FUL. The cashback is credited to your wallet shortly after order confirmation. The base cashback rate is 5%, but if you’re in a higher loyalty tier (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond), you unlock additional cashback bonuses (up to 20% extra), making your total cashback even higher!

4. What are the referral rewards?

FUL offers a generous 2‑level referral program. When someone you refer makes a purchase, you earn 5% of their order value (Level 1). If they refer someone else, you earn 2% from that second‑level purchase. Additionally, the referred buyer receives a 2% bonus on their first purchase. 5. What are the staking rewards?

You can stake your FUL tokens in multiple pools to earn competitive APY. We offer Flexible (12% APY, no lock), 30‑Day Lock (15% APY), 90‑Day Lock (20% APY), 180‑Day Lock (30% APY), and 365‑Day Lock (50% APY). Your loyalty tier also adds a bonus APY percentage on top of the base rate. The longer you lock, the higher your rewards!

6. What are the loyalty tiers and how do they work?

There are 5 loyalty tiers based on your lifetime spend on Fuloz: Bronze (0 FUL), Silver (10,000 FUL), Gold (100,000 FUL), Platinum (500,000 FUL), and Diamond (2,500,000 FUL). Higher tiers unlock bonus cashback (up to +20%) and enhanced staking APY (up to +30%). Your tier is automatically updated as you shop – the more you use FUL, the more you earn!
